Italian bad-boy behavior is legendary, and made my daughter so angry that she vowed never to return to Italy, but things have finally changed a good deal and the guys behave rather better. I've read this from a number of sources, but can't testify to it from personal experience, since my 4 trips to Italy have been at 50 years of age or more.
